When shipping items to be repaired:

RMA on label and one side.

Place drive in anti-static bag. Package drive so there is no movement. Peanuts are not recommended unless 3-6" around drive. Foam is preferred, 2" minimum surrounding drives to prevent additional damage to unit while in transit.

Insurance is highly recommended.
